By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use Budbawts, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Budbawts for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Budbawts is an AI workspace that can converse by text or voice, create visual work, and build and run personal apps. Subject to these terms, Budbot grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. Features may evolve, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that defeats plan or security limits.

Prices, billing periods, included credit, and plan features are shown on our public Pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the displayed period until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the billing controls in your account.

Our payment provider processes purchases and may handle tax compliance, fraud protection, disputes, refunds, receipts, and transaction-level support. Any provider terms shown during checkout also apply to that purchase.

Budbot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made for Budbawts. If you are not satisfied with a subscription or credit purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

To request a refund, use the support channel in your Budbawts account and include the email address used at checkout plus the purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider; your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Refunding a subscription may end paid access and included credit, and refunded prepaid credit may be removed from the account.

Requests made after 30 days are considered where required by law or where the service was defective. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund earlier charges.

You must not use Budbawts to break the law; commit fraud; send spam; violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights; create or distribute malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service; bypass limits; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; resell access without permission; impersonate others; generate deceptive deepfakes; create illegal sexual content; promote hatred or targeted abuse; facilitate violence; or attempt to jailbreak safeguards for prohibited activity.

Do not use outputs to make high-impact decisions about a person in employment, housing, lending, insurance, education, legal services, or healthcare without qualified human review and all required permissions.

You retain rights you hold in prompts, files, records, and other content you submit. You grant Budbot a limited licence to host, reproduce, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted content.

As between you and Budbot, and to the extent allowed by law, you own output created for you. AI output may not be unique, accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and how you use or share them. Budbawts is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Budbot retains all rights in Budbawts, including its software, systems, documentation, branding, and service design, excluding your content. To report content that you believe infringes your rights, submit a detailed notice through the support channel in Budbawts identifying the work, the material, your contact information, and the basis of your claim. We may remove content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

We may use automated and human review to refuse or filter outputs, restrict tools, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, rights protection, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, unlawful conduct, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, service licences end and saved data may be deleted after a reasonable export or recovery period, subject to legal retention duties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budbawts is provided “as is” and “as available.” Budbot disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantee that outputs or apps will be accurate, complete, available, or free of harmful errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budbot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Budbot’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Budbawts in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify Budbot against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; Budbot may assign it in connection with a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may update these terms with reasonable notice where changes materially affect you.
